Inclusive Alliance Announces New Members To Their Board of Directors

Local Independent Practice Association welcomes new executives to their diverse membership board 

Syracuse, NY – The Inclusive Alliance, an Independent Practice Association of health and human service nonprofit agencies serving the counties of Cayuga, Cortland, Madison, Onondaga, and Oswego and beyond, announced today the appointment of three executives to their Board of Directors. The new board members include Lisa Dunn Alford, the Executive Director of ACR Health; Shaneika Ford, the Executive Director of H.O.M.E., Inc.; and Shari Weiss, the Executive Director of Cayuga Community Health Network.


The Inclusive Alliance’s Board of Directors is elected by the members of the IPA’s diverse network of 28 non-profit organizations across a broad swath of Upstate New York.  The Inclusive Alliance works collaboratively to help organizations articulate the impact of the services they provide and to adapt to the constantly changing health care landscape.

We are excited to have new representation on the Board at Inclusive Alliance,” said Lauren Wetterhahn, Executive Director of Inclusive Alliance. “I extend a warm welcome to Lisa, Shaneika, and Shari and look forward to working with them closely. Our network thrives with the leadership and input from our coalition of diverse providers.”
