This information started as it related to the 1115 Waiver, but has progressed beyond the Social Care Networks and into current topics of interest and updates on exciting Inclusive Alliance projects.  If you missed any of the live sessions, or want to share a session with a colleague, you can use this form to access the recordings. The opportunity we refer to is related to Medicaid funding and the ongoing process of reform of how Medicaid funds are spent by the Federal and NY State government, with the goals of improving health for people on Medicaid, providing better care, and controlling the costs. The proposed amendment has a strong focus on health equity and the integration of social care and may present new opportunities for partnership and involvement for those who work in these areas. ###### Who Should View the 1115 Webinars? - Human service agencies serving clients in CNY - Agencies unsure if the vision of the 1115 waiver amendment request applies to their mission - Agencies looking to get involved in local application planning & capacity building efforts Each session is dedicated to a different topic around the waiver and provide content for specific departments or roles within an organization.
