I. Policy

It is the policy of Inclusive Alliance to maintain the privacy of any personal information (such as names, phone numbers or other personal identifying information) collected from network and staff members through our ongoing communication and interactions with our network members either directly, via the Inclusive Alliance website or our associated third-party service providers.

 

II. Procedures
A. Information Collection
    1. Inclusive Alliance may collect personal information, such as phone numbers, names, addresses, or other personally identifying information directly from individuals (for example: via web form, during network enrollment, or through direct contact).
    2. The Inclusive Alliance website may utilize technologies such as cookies, web beacons, pixels, or other similar technologies to collect certain information from your device such as IP address, date and time of visit, browser and operating system information, referring website address, and other information about how individuals interact with our website.
    3. Inclusive Alliance may utilize email campaigns for routine network communications. Our email campaigns may also utilize tracking technologies such as web beacons, pixels, or other similar technologies to automatically collect certain information such as IP addresses, browser type and version, and email engagement statistics.
B. Utilization of Collected Information
    1. Inclusive Alliance will periodically communicate utilizing SMS (Short Message Service) and/or MMS (Multimedia Message Service), which may also include RCS (Rich Communication Services) – all together “Text Messages.” These text messages may be used both within the internal staff team, or with various organizational staff members of the Inclusive Alliance network.
    2. Inclusive Alliance communicates with network members via regular email campaigns such as routine newsletters and membership information distribution.
    3. Inclusive Alliance does not re-distribute any personal information collected, outside of where such information sharing is required by law or explicit consent has been provided.
    4. Individuals can opt out of any communications from Inclusive Alliance at any time through either verbal or written request to staff.

C. Communication standards

    1. All communications sent from Inclusive Alliance staff are expected to be in accordance with the employee handbook and generally accepted professional conduct.
