Did you know that New York State Medicaid now covers Doula Services? Inclusive Alliance wants to help Doulas operating in New York to understand the facts, enroll in this Medicaid Benefit, and be able to bill Medicaid Fee-for-Service or Managed Care for the services you provide.
We know that sometimes Medicaid requirements can be confusing, especially if you have never billed insurance for the services you provide before. That's why we have dedicated staff that can work with you directly to help you! We want to help alleviate the stress of billing Medicaid, so that you can spend more of your time providing the services that mean to most to you.
This enrollment support is available free of charge to all Doulas operating in New York State

We will meet with you one on one to help you understand the Medicaid benefit overall, and assess if you are ready to apply.

We will work with you through each step of the application process to answer questions you may have, and ensure you have all the information you need to complete your Medicaid Enrollment application.

With support from the Health Foundation of Western & Central New York, Inclusive Alliance has implemented a small pilot program to oversee successful billing processes. This project utilizes our status as a Medicaid Service Bureau and our documentation platform to offer select Doulas the ability to handle all your documentation and billing needs. This program is currently only available to a small group of invited Doulas, but we aim to make this service available to all interested Doulas in the near future.
